Mr Yonggang Shan

Mr Shan has extensive experience in the global mining industry including more than 25 years in the iron ore section. Much of his experience is not only in mainland China, but also extended to Asian Pacific regions. Mr Shan also is the Chairman of two Chinese based mining trading and processing companies.

Mr Shan has experience in a variety of commodities having working in underground and open-pit mining operations in the Philippines, Malaysia , China and Australia.

In Australia, in addition to Port Augusta Operations, Mr Shan substantially owns and is the managing director of the following business or projects:

Cairn Hill mine and two advanced exploration stage projects with a potential mine life of more than 30 years.

Billeroo Magnetite and other regional projects.

Mr Leo Liu

Leo Liu is a senior executive with verifiable year-after-year success achieving profit and business growth objectives within global mining company, and multicultural environments. Proven achievements in mergers and acquisition, operational project management in resources and energy industries. Leo also has played a key role on many Chinese outbound investments. Leo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Adelaide and completed executive education courses on Connected Strategy and Launching New Ventures from Wharton Business School and Harvard Business School.

Leo is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and he has advisory board experiences in several government and industry associations.

Ms Wing Wu

Finance & Account Manager

Ms Wing (Yinghui) Wu is a Senior Accounting Manager of CU River Mining Australia. She joined CU River in 2017  where she managed account and finance operations in the Adelaide office.

Wing has over 15 years of experience financial and account management at a chartered accounting firm and she is holding Master of Accounting from University Of Adelaide. As an account manager, she works with the operational team to prepare recommendations to the board. She also provides daily hands-on service at Sun Accounting Pty Ltd to other clients large and small, offering timely, creative solutions to meet their needs.
